Shipping Policy

Our goal is to dispatch your items within 3 business days for orders within Germany, starting from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location.

Your order will be shipped to the provided delivery address, which must include a valid address and phone number. Any changes to the delivery address cannot be made after the order has been placed.

Estimated shipping durations are as follows:

• Within Germany: 3-5 Business days
• Within Europe: 4-7 Business days
• Worldwide (outside Europe): 7-12 Business days

Please note that these durations are based on business days and may be affected by factors such as holidays, weekends, customs (for worldwide orders outside Europe), and receiver availability. To ensure a smooth delivery, kindly provide a reachable phone number for the courier to contact you if necessary.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are as follows:

• For items weighing less than 1.2 kg and up to 2 items:

  • Domestic (Germany): €6,99
  • EU: €18
  • Worldwide: €30

• For 3 or more items free shipping

In the event that you choose to return your items, please be aware that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are ordering from outside Europe, kindly note that customs fees may apply in your country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges associated with customs clearance. (This applies to whatever countries that custom tax take place for shippings from Germany)
