Returns
If you wish to return or exchange any unworn and unwashed pieces, please notify us via email: office@qinkimo.com and send back within 14 days of receipt.
 

We want you to love your Qinkimo pieces and if for any reason you are not totally satisfied you can return your purchase.
Provided that the product is still in perfect condition and unworn

  • not washed
  • no irremovable stains
  • no personal/intense smell
  • tags still intact

Qinkimo has the right to refuse returns that are not in perfect and unworn condition.
You must notify office@qinkimo.com of your intent to return within 7 days from receiving your order and the return must be received by Qinkimo within 7 days of notification.

It is recommended to send your return with a traceable service so your return does not get lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
Return shipments are only possible within European Union.
Please note that sale items are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received the goods.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If it has been more than 2 weeks and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at office@qinkimo.com


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at office@qinkimo.com and send your item to: Qinkimo at Audre-Lorde-Str. 43, 10997, Berlin, Germany
